Return Policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee - Returns are accepted within 14 days from the time the order is received as long as the products are returned unopened and in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. No refunds will be authorized after 14 days of receiving order.

Items returned will be refunded of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee, shipping and handling. Medical items, respiratory masks, and food and water products cannot be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for these products will not be issued. All returned items must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturers' box.

All of the products (except food and water products), manuals, accessories, registration cards, etc. must be returned before a refund may be issued. Returns on merchandise after14 days of receiving are subject to refusal. After the returned products have been received, please allow 4-6 weeks for your account to be credited.

Damaged Items 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We ask that you please carefully inspect each product. Any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery so that a claim may be filed. Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.

Wrong Item

If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping and handling cost will NOT be refunded.

Lost Shipments

While we put our best effort into making sure your items arrive on time, there are rare occasions where our carriers will lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and will work with the carrier to do so. For ground shipments, a trace will be started with the carrier that is delivering your shipment.

If there is no movement on the tracking, the terminals that your package went through will be checked. If your shipment is delivered but you do not have the package, the driver that delivered the package will be asked to confirm where it was delivered to. We won’t put signature required except asked.
